Request for Proposal - Cruise Ship Fee and Port Charge Comparative Rate Study
The Alaska Municipal League, on behalf of the Port Communities of Alaska, has released a Request for Proposals for a Cruise Ship Fee and Port Charge Comparative Rate Study.
This project will examine cruise-related fees and port charges across Alaska and compare them to other U.S. and international cruise markets, with the goal of providing PCOA members with clear, data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations regarding competitiveness, structure, and legal/policy considerations.
Proposals are due by March 27, 2026 at 4:30 AKST.
